A custom action can be used to represent anything that a customer does throughout their journey through your funnel.
You can click "View" on any Custom Action module to change its name, icon, and color. Click Done when you are finished making changes.
An example of a Custom Action module being utilized is when a customer can apply a coupon, the products being sold on the Order Pages are discounted. This can be represented with the Custom Action icon like this:
